Your premise is a complete fraud. Rolling back the Bush tax cuts alone would solve much of the deficit problem, and major defense cuts would do even more. It's scum like you who are destroying the country.

Like Republicans, it's based on the wishful thinking that economic growth will magically take care of it because neither side is willing or able to come up with a real solution...but to Obama's credit, he has mentioned streamlining federal bureaucracies, which make up $900 billion of the yearly budget. Assuming that he was able to cut that in half, cut military spending in half and pass the millionaire surtax, it's technically possible that we could be budget neutral, but not even Obama is making that claim about his current strategies.
